Maciej Zień has been associated with the Tubądzin Group for more than a decade. The designer has in his portfolio ceramic tile collections valued by architects, such as Sophisticated, Timeless and Balance Stone. The latter became the centerpiece of the set design during the recent spring/summer '23 show. Inspired by Portuguese marble, the tiles provided a noble backdrop for the colorful Bloom collection.

The latest fashion collection by Maciej Zień can be considered revolutionary. Bold colors and original fabrics have created creations that will add avant-garde chic to both everyday life and big events. The show, which took place at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, was accompanied by glamour, perfect attention to detail and devotion to nature. Such is also the Balance Stone collection, which magnificently displays the monumentality of the nature that surrounds us.

Balance Stone is a line of large-format stoneware maintained in a neutral range of colors. Beiges, whites and grays bring gentleness and warmth to interiors, blending freely with arrangements in classic, modern classic or natural luxury styles. This timeless proposal is synonymous with unforced beauty flowing directly from nature. That's why it became the perfect backdrop for the creations from the Bloom collection, which reflect the designer's admiration for the surrounding world.

The Bloom collection is filled with the joy of life and freedom that flows directly from nature - just like the Balance Stone ceramic tiles. I would like everyone to find something in it for themselves. That is why it is so diverse and multidimensional. I often used natural, noble materials, which, like ceramics, are an extremely graceful field for design," concludes Maciej Zień.
In Zień's show, impressionism playfully intertwined with abstractionism, creating a fever of colors and shades. However, they were bound together by the harmony and delicacy of Balance Stone tiles. They became the most important element of the stage design, delighting guests. The authenticity of the structure and patterns perfectly matched the leading theme of the event. The 3,000 pomarosa rose flowers combined with the stone provided a spectacular effect.
