The idea of a 15-minute city in ALLCON's premium implementation

Work on the Atrium Oliva concept therefore included a meticulous analysis of a number of factors that affect the well-being and well-being of residents, such as location, access to greenery, materials used and additional amenities. The surrounding air quality and noise levels were also checked. All of this was done to ensure that Atrium's residents have the ideal conditions for regeneration. Also within walking distance is the famous, rich Oliva Park, as well as walking paths in the Valley of Joy. On a walk, one can breathe a full breath. Air quality indicators here are among the best in the Tri-City. The noise report is also on target, although from the Atrium it is close to the business center of Pomerania, stores and public transportation stops. It's definitely a premium location.
There's a reason why the Gdansk apartments received the international BREEAM certificate with a high rating of "very good." Independent experts took into account both the investment's location, its design and workmanship, as well as its impact on the broader well-being of residents.

Design with sensitivity
ALLCON's Gdansk investment is distinguished by a thoughtful layout of the buildings, inspired by classical atrial houses. They had an enclosed courtyard, which was an integrative space - a place for daily meetings, common activities and relaxation.
Together with {tag:pracownie}, we introduced this idea to our development in Gdansk. Atrium Oliva has an interior patio, providing some privacy for residents. Excluded from traffic, intimate, with water and rich vegetation.

It is worth mentioning that the original idea of classic atrium houses has been modified in this case. The creators of Atrium Oliva drew, among other things, on research in neuroarchitecture and neuro-urbanism on the impact of space on our brain. All this was done to ensure that the development promotes comfort and care for oneself and relationships with others. The result is a project that is open, intimate and perfectly integrated into the villa development of this part of Gdansk, with services on the first floor.

Harmony and concern for comfort are also evident in Atrium Oliva's interiors.
Durable, natural and certified materials were used for their implementation.
We proposed high-class minimalism, which is expressed in nobility and perfect harmony of all elements. We decided to focus on quality rather than quantity. At all costs, we wanted to avoid a plethora of stimuli and the unreflective epitome of labels. Instead, we chose mature, balanced interiors that impress by a standard. Elegant, yet domesticated, designed with passion and sensitivity.
