ArCADia-TERMO is professional software designed to prepare energy performance certificates.
The latest 8th version of ArCADia TERMOCAD introduces a new division. Thanks to the clear division, the future User can precisely match the choice of the program to his needs.
From now on, the choices are:
- ArCADia TERMOCAD ŚCHE 8 - for energy certificates of all buildings
- ArCADia TERMOCAD PCHE 8 - for designed energy performance of buildings and economic and ecological analyses
- ArCADia TERMOCAD Audyt 8 - for energy audits, renovation audits, energy efficiency audits, and as-built audits.
In separately available modules, we can get additional functionality to select underfloor, radiator, air and other heating for each room in the module, select radiators, and perform heat gain calculations for selecting cooling equipment in the Air Conditioning module - cooling power requirements.
When you run the program for the first time, it will greet you with a short tutorial introducing you to the program.
The new version of the program also includes a changed graphic design and the possibility to choose a dark theme, which will certainly allow our eyes and monitors to rest while working with the application.
The way of selecting the achievement of the design intention has changed. From now on, we can select a project topic or calculation on a refreshed board, but we can also indicate a specific report or several reports we want to receive. The program will automatically adjust all the required steps and adjust the necessary calculations leading us to what we want to achieve.
We can verify the entered data on the fly in the new project preview panel, which is visible on the right all the time. It is there that we will find, among other things, general data about the building, as well as the current results of thermal calculations.

To meet the current requirements under the MR Ordinance of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project, ArCADia TERMOCAD PCHE 8 program allows you to perform technical and economic analyses of the possibility of using devices that automatically regulate the temperature separately in individual rooms or in a designated heated zone. The results are obtained in the form of clear tables and summary charts allowing you to choose the optimal variant.

Thenew graphic engine TERMOCADIA 4.0, based on ArCADia 14, allows importing drawings in DWG format and importing and exporting projects of the ArCADia BIM system. Thanks to this solution, the building energy calculation software is even better integrated with our ArCADia BIM design system, the purpose of which is to best support designers in their work according to the principles of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
