The main idea guiding Justyna Kolasa and Patryk Ławrynowicz of 3XEL Architects when designing the interior of an apartment in Warsaw's Żoliborz district was to create a bright, minimalist space with vintage elements. As a result, the 73-square-meter space is full of white, bright accessories and wooden furniture that complement the whole.
The daily part of the apartment is a living room with a kitchenette. Designers from the 3XEL studio wanted the kitchen space to blend into the living room zone - they are united by a uniform wooden floor, white walls, lack of hanging furniture and paintings on the kitchen wall. In order to maintain a consistent look for as long as possible, the light-colored wall in the kitchen was properly protected against stains.

Although the heart of the house, as the authors of the project write, is a round, wooden vintage table, it is impossible to pass by indifferently the impressive bookcase occupying the entire wall of the living room. The white, custom-made piece of furniture with vertical divisions is the backdrop for a feast of colors created by the spines of books filling the narrow partitions.

The living room with the kitchen is complemented by delicate light curtains, a gray sofa, an almost invisible transparent coffee table, PRL-style armchairs and a black PH5 lamp hanging above the table.
Simplicity and minimalism can also be seen in the other rooms - a bedroom with a few gray accents and distinctive accessories such as a lamp and an abstract painting on the wall, and a bright bathroom, part of whose wall is covered with waterproof birch plywood.

The apartment also has a children's room, a utility room and a dressing room.
