During the 18th finals of the CIJ Awards Poland, held on November 6 at the Raffles Europejski Hotel in Warsaw, the prestigious awards of the real estate industry were handed out. Aluprof SA won in two categories - Green Technology Solutions and Innovation of the Year.

The jury of the competition appreciated the MB-SE80 MLT elemental facade system, which is characterized by high strength and high technical parameters, and at the same time allows for high aesthetics of the building facade. The system was developed and implemented for the realization of the Mennica Legacy Tower building in Warsaw.
The double distinction in the competition, which has been on the calendar of the most important events of the real estate industry for almost two decades, is an honor for us. As the winner of as many as two awards in the CIJ Awards Poland competition, Aluprof was nominated for the Best of the Best CIJ HOF Awards. The final gala will be held on April 2, 2020 in Prague. The company will be among the winning group of representatives of the most important real estate companies from 10 countries in Central and Southeastern Europe.

Uninterrupted for 18 years
In this year's 18th edition, more than 130 nominations were awarded to the most interesting investments and the teams responsible for them, but also to the most innovative concepts and solutions. The statuettes were awarded in six main categories: Development & Developers, Teams & Leaders, Services, Leases & Transactions, Materials and Creative Spirit. The 33 winners of the CIJ Awards Poland were selected in a two-round voting process. The first round involved recognized experts from the real estate, investment, architecture and construction industries. The second stage took place via an online platform, where more than 3,600 people with specific experience in the real estate industry cast their votes.
The CIJ Awards Poland Gala is a recognized and prestigious event in the Polish and European commercial real estate market. It is also an opportunity to meet leading companies in the industry, creating and implementing innovative projects and inspiring a new outlook on the Polish real estate market.
