Hippotherapy, motorcyclists, racing in pairs on... cross-country skis, and magical cardboard houses - these were just some of the attractions that accompanied the anniversary edition of the "I Run for You" inclusive run organized at the Jan Brzechwa Elementary School No. 4 in Swarzedz. The route of the run on Sunday, June 18, was covered by more than 600 participants, and the event was, as always, an opportunity not only to have a nice time - the funds raised will be used to purchase rehabilitation equipment for the students of Swarzedz 4.
Sunday 18.06. passed at the Jan Brzechwa Elementary School No. 4 in Swarzędz exceptionally joyful. Amid the cheers of cheering teachers and loved ones, the little athletes together with their parents ran in the 10th edition of the "I run for you" integration run. The event was organized by the "Kids of Four" Foundation together with the School and Parents' Council of SP4 Swarzedz. Among the many local companies that supported the organization of the event was Deceuninck, which has been committed to the school for years.

We have been cooperating for several years on the occasion of various actions and this cooperation always brings a lot of positive emotions. The entry fee was also a brick donated for rehabilitation equipment for SP4 students. The facility places great emphasis on physical development, which translates into proper functioning of all senses. As the organizers of the campaign emphasize, the designated route of the run could be overcome by running or marching, regardless of the level of fitness. In the end, it was not about the result or pace, but about the help given to the school's students. The run was traditionally followed by a family picnic, where refreshments, animations and competitions with prizes awaited all participants. At the stand of a Belgian manufacturer of window and door profiles, children learned through play that certain materials can be reused instead of going to waste. Among the proposed attractions, animators offered to build colorful musical instruments to summon rain and - thematically - cardboard houses, which were particularly popular.

Our company is happy to get involved in initiatives proposed by our employees and in the life of the local community - especially if there is a noble cause behind it. This is not the first time we have cooperated with the Elementary School No. 4 in Swarzedz, and we are happy to participate in such a unique event.
