The Iliard Architecture & Interior Design studio won the Hotel Investment of the Year 2020 competition in the Design Studio of the Year category. The studio was recognized for the interior design of the Radisson Collection hotel in Warsaw, Gwiazda Morza in Wladyslawow and Ibis Styles Santorini in Krakow.
Iliard Architecture & Interior Design is made up of a 40-member team of professionals - architects, interior designers and managers - specializing in hotel and workplace projects. This Krakow office has participated in dozens of investments and is an accredited studio for cooperation with such hotel chains as Marriott, Hilton, Accor and Radisson Hotel Group. He has been working on his projects all over Europe, and the most important ones include Radisson Blu in Prague, Basel or Cologne, Radisson RED Heathrow, Radisson Collection in Warsaw, Courtyard by Marriott in Katowice, Ibis Styles Santorini in Krakow, Gwiazda Morza in Wladyslawow or Bristol Tradition and Luxury in Rzeszow.

The Hotel Investment of the Year plebiscite is organized by "Hotelarz" magazine, the most important Polish magazine dedicated to the hotel industry. Its idea is to reward the best investments, investors and companies working for the industry and having the greatest impact on the development and shaping the image of the Polish hotel industry.

The nearly 30-member chapter of the competition is made up of the heads of Polish hotel chains and operators, development directors of global chains in Poland, hotel consultants and the best architects with experience in the hotel market. In addition to the Design Studio of the Year, the chapter selected winners in three other categories: Investment of the Year, Investor of the Year and Architectural Office of the Year.
