In the design of a single-family house located on a small slope next to a forest, it was important to clearly separate functions and open up to picturesque views.
To meet this task, architects from the Goik studio proposed three interconnected blocks with a traditional form of cottages on a rectangular plan covered with a gabled roof. Each of the blocks is assigned a separate function - a garage, a representative part and a private part, the whole is connected by two connectors.

The building is one-story and has a basement. Taking advantage of the terrain on the southern side of the plot, the architects planned multi-level terraces and a swimming pool. A field kitchen (in front of the garage), a dining area and a recreation space are also planned for the terrace.
In the basement, from which it is possible to access the garden, rooms have been allocated for a sauna, gym, bathroom, space for dogs and... for snakes. On the first floor, meanwhile, the garage, living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are located.
