In her master's thesis, completed under the supervision of Dr. Małgorzata Bartnicka, {tag:studenci} presented the interior design of a tourist facility at the Siemianówka Lagoon. She created a design of the place, offering guests and visitors a space for deep relaxation and contact with the environment. She designed two main zones: the Wellness&Spa and the accommodation area, where every element of the interior was carefully selected to create an atmosphere of peace and serenity.

Wellness&Spa space
The main design consideration was to give the Wellness&Spa area the character of a unified organism. Although the interior was divided into various functional spaces, their mutual harmony creates an effect of fluidity and coherence. The Wellness&Spa zone is based on a rectangular plan, rounded in the entrance area, which gives it a softer, more inviting character. An important architectural solution was the decision to lower the interior walls in relation to the full volume of the building. The walls do not touch the ceiling or exterior walls, creating an impression of depth and lightness - an effect that further emphasizes the idea of architecture "emerging from the water."

wet zone and dry zone
The Wellness&Spa zone has been carefully planned with the needs of male and female users in mind, and has been divided into two parts: wet and dry. The wet part is a relaxation space in the full sense - with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas and loungers for relaxation. This part of the project is designed to provide guests with the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in an atmosphere of relaxation, where they can enjoy various forms of aquatic regeneration. Locker rooms and changing rooms are located nearby for functionality and convenience.

In the dry part, a reception area has been designed with a small bar, which gives the place an extra atmosphere. There are also exercise and meditation rooms, massage rooms and a beauty space offering beauty treatments. This part of the facility invites relaxation in a more active form and at the same time takes care of the aesthetic and spiritual needs of the users, creating a space that promotes regeneration but also tranquility.

closeness to nature
Inspiration from nature runs through every element of the design. The selection of finishing materials takes into account the aesthetics referring to the surroundings of the Siemianówka Lagoon. The interiors of the Wellness&Spa area are finished using architectural concrete, 3D panels, stoneware imitating the texture of rocks and wood-like laminates. These materials, although modern, create an atmosphere of closeness to nature, soothing the senses and introducing harmony. The use of glass in shades of brown helps create an impression of depth and mystery, which promotes an atmosphere of tranquility.

The color scheme is based on earth colors - shades of brown, gray, beige and green, which transport users to the world of nature. These colors are intended to evoke the sensations of relaxing in nature. The choice of colors, rather than vivid and warm tones, is directed toward a subdued coziness that subtly influences the sense of comfort, while giving the interior an austere elegance.
accommodation space
The design of the accommodation area of the building also takes into account the diverse needs of visitors, providing both comfort and privacy. The dormitory area is divided into two sections - in one there are double rooms with single beds, as well as a space adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. In the other section, L-shaped rooms are designed with more spacious bathrooms and comfortable double beds. Each room has been planned with comfort and aesthetics in mind, so that the resting space is as comfortable as possible and adapted to the needs of different users and users.
