Laufen products in Warsaw hotels with European Property Awards.
Two Polish hotels - Nobu Hotel Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Reduta - have won an award in the prestigious European Property Awards 2021-2022 in the Hotel Bathroom Design for Poland category. Both facilities used Laufen products, including those from the Laufen BESPOKE collection, which offers the opportunity to create unique customized solutions.
The European Property Awards is one of the largest and most respected competitions in the architecture industry, where the best real estate professionals across Europe compete against each other. Partners in this event include such design icons as Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, for example. The awards are based on the evaluation of as many as 80. independent experts, who pay special attention to values such as innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability. Various elements are taken into account - including bathroom design and functionality. Both award-winning hotels are equipped with Laufen products.

The first, Nobu Warsaw, is a true architectural gem, belonging to the NOBU chain - a brand founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper. Located on the corner of Wilcza and Koszykowa streets in Warsaw, in close proximity to the fashionable Koszyki Hall, the hotel's body resembles the letter V and looks very impressive. What draws attention is the division into two parts: the traditional one, i.e. the former pre-war Hotel Rialto, full of antiques, and the new wing, richly glazed and finished with concrete and wood.

Every element of the interior design at Nobu Hotel Warsaw has been perfected down to the smallest detail, with only prestigious brands. Bathrooms and toilets were equipped by the Laufen brand, relying on individual solutions of the latest generation, in accordance with the vision of the designers and the investor. The custom-made arrangements perfectly harmonize with the design of the rooms and with the luxurious character of the facility. The sinks and shower trays in the bathrooms are Laufen BESPOKE - they are made of exclusive Solid Surface material. All of the hotel's bathrooms also feature toilet bowls from the Kartell by Laufen collection, and in the suites there are also Riva washing toilets. Caprino urinals were installed in the public toilets. Laufen products win with top quality, outstanding design and ecological solutions.
The designers of the second award-winning hotel - Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Reduta - also reached for the premium solutions offered by Laufen. This is a stylish building, which with its design and form perfectly fit into the atmosphere of Warsaw's Ochota district. With such an exceptional environment and arrangement, the bathrooms also had to be unique in their form. Hence, also in this case, Laufen BESPOKE products were chosen, which allowed flexibility in the selection of sizes, materials and shapes. It is also worth mentioning the use of the LAUFEN PRO LIBERTY line, which takes into account the needs of the elderly and people with disabilities.
