Influences from Maldivian, Chinese and Balinese architecture are evident in the high, arched ceilings and the use of various materials of wood, natural stone and cool, chalk-white fabrics. Gathy himself describes the hotel's divine setting as a perfect composition of landscape, architecture and interiors inspired by diverse cultures.
