A new residential development -łopotowskiego No11 - will be completed in Warsaw's Praga-Północ district. Developed by the PROART architectural and preservation studio, the project includes two historic buildings with their associated courtyards, as well as an expansion with a new building. Marvipol Development is responsible for the investment.
On Kłopotowskiego Street, at number 11, there are more than 100-year-old buildings of the former Oskar Hartwig and Gustaw Łęgiewski Machine and Millstones Factory. The complex includes four buildings in a horseshoe-shaped arrangement: a production and administrativebuilding, two production buildings and a stable with a gatehouse. Situated in the center of the establishment, the two-story office building is the most representative.
Prepared by Anna Rostkowska's studio, the project envisages the renovation and expansion of the historic building, preserving its original style, and the adaptation of one of the production buildings. The remaining outbuildings will be demolished and new buildings will be constructed in their place, so the spatial layout of the complex will remain unchanged.

As part of the Klopotowski No11 project, Marvipol Development has launched the sale of 67 apartments with areas ranging from 25 sqm to 93 sqm. Also planned for the complex are a restaurant and eight units designed, according to the developer, for out-of-the-box service providers outside the mainstream, tailored to the nature of the development, such as intimate cafes, barbershops and health food stores. Construction work is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
The complex was designed based on the idea of placemaking, which involves revitalizing historic spaces and breathing new life into them, enriching them with attractive amenities that will serve the surrounding community. It is an ideal place to live for people who like to spend their time actively, taking advantage of the charms of the right bank of the city, and at the same time can appreciate the unique atmosphere of Warsaw's Praga district. Kłopotowskiego No11 is an exceptional point on the map of Warsaw, a place with a soul and history, directly created for people who focus on uniqueness and are looking for an investment that is tailored to their lifestyle," says Grzegorz Kawecki, vice president of Marvipol Development.
