We invite you to the exhibition "Young Polish Designers: Studies in Reality," presenting the works of young Polish designers at Dutch Design Week 2019 in Eindhoven.
Presented in the Netherlands for the first time, the exhibition, organized by the Academic Design Center, is a review of student projects selected from eight public academies of fine arts. The common denominator of the twenty-eight works exhibited during Dutch Design Week is the designers' approach to the reality around them. The authors propose responsible and aesthetic solutions using a variety of methods and tools.
The works selected for the exhibition cover a wide range of areas - from concepts, object and service design, to social design and visual communication. The creators use innovative and traditional materials, with ecology in mind.
The participating universities are: Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Wladyslaw Strzeminski Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, University of Arts in Poznan, Academy of Art in Szczecin, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw.
