Minimalist apartments for rent in Sopot designed by LOFFT studio

04 of August '20

In Sopot, three separate apartments have been created in part of the new station building. Weary travelers can rent them to rest and find solace in their comfort. This is not an exaggeration, as the interiors designed by Malgorzata Hendrych-Lubinskaya are calming and bring balance.

The architect from the LOFFT design office was tasked with arranging an open space measuring 120 square meters. On this area she created three separate apartments in a similar style, but with different color schemes. Each of them can be rented - inside you will find not only a comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchen, but also an intriguing neighborhood. Despite the fact that the apartments are located at a rather considerable height, the trees growing behind them peek out from behind the sizable glazing.

On one side, the apartments are surrounded by terraces full of greenery, while on the other, the building refers to the industrial style. It was this view that provided the greatest inspiration for the architect. Hence, the interiors featured factory references - particularly evident in the rawness of the space. The natural color scheme is also characteristic here.

island of relaxation

In each of the three suites, there is an island in the center for guests to rest, relax and sleep. It consists of a bed, a chaise longue, a pouffe and a sofa. A special, overlapping table has been placed next to each of the modular elements, so that a cup of coffee or a plate can be placed on it.

The interior of the apartments is consistent with the view outside the window - the finishing materials found on the facades of each building, have been transferred inside. They can be seen in the trim, lamps and furniture. The bathrooms and kitchen annexes that the apartments are equipped with have been designed to fit into the space - the toilets are delineated by glass walls, and the kitchen built-ins are made of the same material as the floor.
