Designed by Karim Rashid, a world-renowned designer, the collection intrigues not only with its colors, but also with its original shapes. Particularly because of the form, one can assume that the designer was inspired by the art déco style. However, SAKRED is distinguished by the thinness of the glass, its delicacy. The whole resembles colored candies, in which light is refracted.
The SAKRED collection produced by KROSNO Glass refers to the three underpinnings of sacred geometry: circle, line and triangle, energy, relationship and balance.

During our collaboration I got to know it more closely and am impressed by its great commitment to quality, its openness to innovation, and its true passion for the craft and its customers. Glass is an ideal raw material - organic and fluid, yet it can be raw and pure. Hence the endless possibilities in creation and new forms. I think that together with Krosno Glass we share a philosophy that embraces fluidity of movement and forward momentum, constantly reinterpreting the sculptural possibilities of glass," says SAKRED collection author Karim Rashid.
The products in the "SAKRED" line are an exclusive selection of beautiful objects made of colored glass that come in eye-catching shades. As befits the author's love of strong color and his bravura use of it. Karim Rashid chose a range of four colors for the SAKRED collection. Amber, amethyst, green and gray-blue are the hues of glass, which give the products a unique character. By juxtaposing these colors with simple geometric forms, the "SAKRED" collection evokes a sense of stability and makes everyday rituals into moments full of beauty. The collection will consist of more than a dozen products, including: glasses, wine and cocktail glasses, a decanter, a vase, a platter, as well as bowls and candlesticks in various sizes.
