Concéntrico is the Logroño International Festival of Architecture and Design, inaugurated in 2015. Held in the Spanish city, the open event dedicated to the theme of the urban environment and the city, encourages residents and festival attendees to discover new spaces through installations prepared by designers.
This year's edition of Concéntrico 06 was planned for late April/early May (29.04-3.05), but unfortunately the current situation prevented the event from taking place. However, the organizers decided to move the festival to the Internet, and postpone the event in Logroño until September (3-6.09).
The new format of the event, Maratón Concéntrico, includes an online program consisting of eleven live talks. Virtual meetings with several participants in the sixth edition of the festival will take place on Instagram and will begin this Wednesday. Among the invited guests is Jakub Szczęsny from the SZCZ.COM.PL studio, who during last year's installment of the event presented the Taburete Tower project - towers stacked with wooden stools, which, after being dismantled, ended up in the homes of Logroño residents.
