We encourage you to vote for the Audience Award—the best interior design for a bathroom in a single-family house made at the Cracow University of Technology as part of a semester assignment in the second year of study at the Faculty of Architecture. To indicate your favorite, just cast your vote forit—you can vote only once, only for one project from among the twenty-four presented. Voting lasts from March 10 to April 11 this year at 23:59*. The author of the work with the highest number of votes will receive a diploma and a one-year subscription to the monthly magazine "A&B".
Students of the second year of the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology faced the task of designing the interior of the master bathroom in a single-family house as part of the classes conducted during the third semester in the Department of Architectural Design.
The task was carried out as part of the design theme Home or a game with a cube as part of the Interior Design course under the direction of Ph.D Anna Mielnik, prof. PK. The teachers of the subject were Ph.D Przemysław Bigaj, Wojciech Ciepłucha, Ph.D Monika Gała-Walczowska, Ph.D Anna Mielnik, Ph.D Marek Początko, Piotr Stalony-Dobrzański and Grzegorz Twardowski.
The opening of the exhibition took place on February 27 this year.

Students in their proposals had to include: interior concept, functional solutions, basics of technical solutions, appropriate selection of materials, appliances and equipment, presentation and development of the task, and theoretical justification of the concept and technical description of the project. The results were boards with visualizations and technical drawings of the interior of the bathrooms.
On February 27, 2023, in the building of the Faculty of Architecture of the Cracow University of Technology at 24 Warszawska Street, the vernissage of selected, most interesting student projects took place.

Interior design is a component of technical, ergonomic, economic and aesthetic aspects. We encouraged students to create designs that are a little crazier, freed from technical and budgetary constraints. That's why some of the presented projects may not be fully in line with technical and practical thought. Some people created more quiet, commercial projects that also deserve attention and recognition. Unfortunately, it was not possible to include all the projects in the exhibition. It should also be added that these are the works of first-year students, who are just learning how to use the programs used to create visualizations, and these are in interior design, a very important, and perhaps the most important, element of the presentation," said, opening the vernissage, Ph.D Anna Mielnik, head of the Interior Design course.
Now we invite you to choose your favorite design in the voting for the Audience Award. The poll includes 24 projects admitted to the exhibition. You can see all the works below and live in the building of the Faculty of Architecture at PK.

* Voting lasts until April 11, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. It is allowed to cast only one vote for one work participating in the voting for the Audience Award. The system allows more than one vote from the same IP to allow multiple people from the same network to vote, e.g., academic, architectural studio, etc. The allowed number of votes from one IP is 11. If more votes are cast by one person (by clearing cookies, changing IP locations, browser and session footprints, or using bots), it will result in the invalidation of such votes.
NOTE: The system counts all votes. At the end of the voting, all votes for each work will be checked for violations of the rules and invalidated if they violated these rules. The correct number of votes cast will be made public after checking the server logs when the voting results are published. In order to check the correctness of the voting mechanism, each work received one control vote from the A&B Editorial Board.
