Fensterbau Frontale is one of the largest events of the window and door industry. Held every two years, this year's trade fair falls on March 18-21, 2020. Among the exhibitors, D+H will not be absent with a proposal for drives for various facade systems, as well as windows used in smoke extraction and natural ventilation systems.
Modern architecture relies on a large amount of light in buildings, and thus substantial glazing, vertical windows and skylights. The opening of individual quarters can be dictated by convenience and concern for access to fresh air, or by fire safety requirements. Whether dealing with windows for smoke extraction or natural ventilation, reconciling technical aspects with architects' requirements is often the biggest challenge. D+H tackles it by offering solutions tailored to the most ambitious projects.
At the D+H booth we will see, among others, a trapezoidal window. Despite its unusual design and heavy weight, the sash is lifted by a single drive. CDP is a chain actuator that not only can handle the opening of a large, heavy sash, but also, thanks to its mounting parallel to the profile, does not stand out from the whole structure. Another interesting project to be presented at Fensterbau will be an inward opening window equipped with a CDC drive and a special mounting console that allows extremely large opening angles, up to 60°. The D+H booth will also see an aluminum window with BDT-Advanced, a drive that tilts, locks and opens the window sash. It is worth noting that BDT-Advanced is a solution developed in Poland and will be presented on joinery made by Amberline using Aluprof profiles.
D+H will be present at the Fensterbau Frontale trade fair in Nuremberg from March 18-21, 2020, in Hall 7 at booth 455. There will be an opportunity to meet with representatives of D+H Poland on March 18-19.
