Last Sunday marked the start of the next edition of the Krakow Film Festival, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. Due to pandemonium - all screenings, meetings with filmmakers and accompanying events are held online. Nearly 200 films from around the world are presented, including dozens of premieres, and more than 60 meetings with filmmakers, protagonists and jurors are held.
Although the festival is coming to an end - the gala ceremony will take place this Saturday, June 6- the award has not yet been presented. Maciej Jurkowski-Lukas - an artist, architect, engineer and designer - has been responsible for its design every year since 2013. He is inspired to create cinematic sculptures by cinema itself - looking, looking, seeing, image, sound, vision, magic.
