Seaside terraces using Schöck Isokorb®
The Schöck Isokorb® solutions installed in the balconies are a guarantee of comfort and quality for future residents. The buildings use Schöck Isokorb® connectors to connect the prefabricated balcony panels to the building structure. Such solutions make the installation of balconies fast and do not require traditional building formwork. Schöck LD expansion studs are also built into the balcony slabs to eliminate keyboarding of adjacent balconies. A total of about 100 balconies will be constructed on Schöck Isokorb® connectors with a fire resistance rating of REI 120.
