Schöck Tronsole® structural and impact sound reduction elements
The Sokółka Zielenisz estate is only a 15-minute drive from the center of Gdynia. It is a very well-connected investment, located near the Tri-City ring road. The entire project consists of 550 new apartments located in 11 multi-family buildings. The buildings have 3 to 4 floors above ground, including the first floor, and 1 underground floor. The development uses state-of-the-art systems to increase user comfort, including the Schöck Tronsole® product line, which guarantees quiet and acoustically friendly apartments.
The apartments in Sokółka Zielenisz are spacious spaces with functional layouts, featuring oversized glazing that provides very good sunlight and exposes picturesque views of the surrounding area. The apartments additionally have terraces, balconies and gardens.
The estate is dominated by low-rise buildings with sloping roofs. Friendly small architecture and abundant greenery create the intimate character of Sokolka. The central part of the urban establishment of Sokolka Zielenisz is a recreational area, the so-called Green Valley. It was developed in the form of a park, partially wooded and equipped with a variety of equipment and toys. An extensive area is occupied by recreation squares, playgrounds designed for different age groups.
Schöck Tronsole® - comfort of silence
Schöck has developed the Schöck Tronsole® product line to minimize the level of sound penetrating through walls into rooms adjacent to stairwells. Schöck Tronsole® elements are at the same time a structural element and an impact sound reduction element - made possible by elastomeric pads developed specifically for Schöck Tronsole® products.
No matter how the construction of staircase elements - flights and landings - is solved, Schöck Tronsole® elements can be used in any case and enjoy quiet comfort.
