"Best Interior Diploma 2021/2023".
The scope of the undergraduate diploma includes the conceptual design of the body of the building and interiors of a stimulation and relaxation complex with a total area of 1,901.3 square meters. The design of the complex in the model space was inspired by the elements and the Indonesian island of Bali.

Analyzing the various elements of the landscape using a satellite and cartographic map - Batur volcano (fire), Lake Batur (water), West Bali National Park (earth) and Karang Boma cliff (wind) - shapes and lines were extracted and then inscribed into the various zones.

The project is aimed at people struggling with stress and long-term fatigue caused by work or other external factors, as well as the disease of civilization - depression. The relaxation space stimulates the mind and relaxes the body, as well as calms down.

The gastronomic area was designed based on inspiration from the Balinese cliff Karang Boma, which determined the lines of the floor and the shape of the suspended ceilings. These lines defined the final look of the glass-roofed open-air patio. The cascading patio seating was inspired by Balinese rice fields. The open space is meant to connect people with the surrounding nature.

The relaxation zone is divided into subzones of fire, water, wind, earth and sound. These are the main elements recognized by followers of the island's dominant Hinduism. The fire zone includes a Jacuzzi pool shaped like the cartographic outline lines of the Batur volcano and a steam sauna. The suspended ceiling here is meant to resemble the cascading depression of the crater of the aforementioned volcano.

The earth zone is an islet with an organic shape on a plan referring to the boundaries of Kintamani National Park. Mosaic was used, which is adapted to the pool zones due to its properties. Thanks to portable mats, it is possible to organize group activities among the greenery. A line referring to the Karang Boma (wind) cliff stretches through the entire complex. An extension of it in the recreation area is a green wall with vegetation. The whole is arranged in a wavy shape, and the floor cavity is formed into heated seats.

The sound zone includes the meditation room, the floor here is divided by the boundary line of the shape of the earth zone. The form of the seat recess is meant to symbolize exploring one's inner self - the process of meditation. The materials used in other parts of the facility were used so as not to introduce new textures and colors that could distract meditators.

Through conscious interior design, the architect contributes to slowing global warming. The dining area is dominated by wood sourced from responsibly managed forests. Another eco-friendly material is glass, which is recyclable.

The design uses Bisazza brand mosaic, which is created using artisanal techniques. The light fixtures were equipped with LED bulbs, which use up to 85 percent less energy compared to traditional ones.

Passive hortiterapy played an important role in the design of the relaxation and stimulation complex. The use of live vegetation in the dining and relaxation area is intended to stimulate the senses. Vegetation contributes to stress reduction and improves mood. In a public space with a lot of people, the concentration of carbon dioxide is higher. Designed green zones purify the air and produce oxygen.
