Mineral spray thermal-acoustic insulation system "White Heat®" with its appearance, caused a revolution in the thermal insulation market due to its unique properties. The correct thickness of insulation is made with a specialized aggregate, and then using tools, the appropriate structure (smooth or porous) is obtained. After complete drying, the surface of the insulation can be painted.

CONDENSATION CONTROL
White Heat® material has properties for rapid bonding and re-emission of air condensation, better than any other product on the market, thus eliminating potential moisture hazards and other problems associated with corrosion or mold.

The White Heat® system is:
Prepared mineral wool applied by spraying onto the surface to be protected. Easy application to wood, metal, concrete, plastic without mechanical connections to the protected surface.
No risk of thermal bridges in the insulation during and after application
Easily applied on flat, curved or uneven surfaces, inside ducts (such as ventilation ducts), in corners, on already installed electrical or plumbing equipment. Completely free of substances such as solvents, asbestos, cement. Vibrations caused by running machines, engines or other industrial equipment, do not affect the quality and tightness of the insulation system.
Economy of spray insulation
Most importantly, the White Heat® solution triggers the saving of money. The total cost of insulation is much lower than the insulation methods traditionally used (mats, boards). Spraying insulation eliminates the mechanical need for jointing. It eliminates the need to manually cut and prefabricate standardized mats and boards to insulate around corners, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures and other obstructions. An experienced contractor will insulate any type of material around any obstruction. Any architect will love our system! In normal use, there is no need, additionally, to finish surfaces sprayed with White Heat® material. Architects love the white surface calling it "natural", of course, alternatively it can be painted in any color. Cutting and fitting the panels with standard manufacturing methods, results in 15-25% higher consumption of insulating materials; therefore, we must assume an economic and environmental loss. With the White Heat® solution, applied by one of our trained and licensed contractors, a similar loss is only 2-3%.
The more difficult the execution conditions, the better the reason to use White Heat® insulation.
