From raw material to final product

Each handle is created in an integrated manner through an advanced technological process, which includes such steps as forging, die-casting, deburring, machining, polishing, up to the brand's most distinctive electroplating process, giving the possibility to create more than 140 different coatings.

Importantly, all of these steps take place in the company's own factory in Portugal, giving it control over the entire production process, from the treatment of the raw material itself to the final product. The result is unique products of the highest quality, with which the Tupai brand has gained worldwide recognition.

Tupai handles are designed to decorate our interiors, while ensuring easy installation and at the same time guaranteeing long use. All this, thanks to unique features such as:
- the use of only the highest quality materials for production(brass, znal, steel),
- a robust mechanism based on self-levelling springs, which prevents the handle from falling,
- the highest class of mechanism durability according to the EN1906 standard - a guarantee of 200 thousand cycles,
- easy installation of rosettes on the so-called "click",
- aesthetic appearance, thanks to the concealment of all mounting elements,

It is particularly worth noting the latest collections of handles such as PVD, LEATHER and TEXTURE. The distinguishing feature of the first of the series is a technologically innovative process, which involves applying coatings in a complete vacuum at a temperature of several hundred degrees Celsius without interfering with the chemical composition of the material. The result is a handle with a unique coating that has high resistance to oxidation, UV radiation and mechanical damage.
In turn, the LEATHER series is a line of handles with a timeless character in an unusual way combining the natural beauty of leather with an original form. Thanks to the use of the highest quality natural leather and its manual processing, the handles of this series perfectly fit into classic interiors full of elegance.
