CHARNWOOD is a family-owned company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-quality stoves for wood and other solid fuels. It was founded in 1972 and is one of the oldest manufacturers of this type of equipment́ in the UK.
The design of Charnwood stoves is a combination of the best quality materials, ensuring high durability and aesthetic appearance. The stoves are madee exclusively from local, British and proven raw materials. The exception is the glazing, which is made from ceramic glass from German brand Schott and heat-resistant paint from Belgian company PLP Coatings. The body of the equipment is made of a combination of thick 5 and 10 mm steel and cast iron. The interior of the oven is lined with vermiculite. The choice of materials ensures that the equipment is user-friendly and durable while maintaining excellent heating properties. It also provides exceptional tightness of the stoves, allowing optimal control of the burning process.

All products meet the standards of EN 13240: 2001, BlmVSch 2 and the Ecodesign Directive 2022 and in fact significantly exceed the requirements of this directive! This confirms their high efficiency and clean and low-emission combustion.
