SP-E FABROL ROLLER SHUTTERS FOR INSTALLATION IN THE EXTERNAL THERMAL INSULATION LAYER OF THE BUILDING
SP-E external roller shutter system, is at the moment the most popular roller shutter system on our Polish market. Roller shutters retracted in the external thermal insulation layer. The product fits perfectly into the facade, forming an integral part of it. The SP-E, and SP systems from Aluprof have been developed to provide, first and foremost, protection against heat loss. This was especially appreciated by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt (PHI), which issued a recommendation for the use of both solutions in passive buildings. The prerequisite is, first of all, properly executed installation in the previously insulated lintel in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. In addition, the window joinery should meet the relevant parameters, including the heat transfer coefficient of the window Uw is lower than 0.80 W/(m²K) while the Ug coefficient of the glass does not exceed 0.70 W/(m²K). An additional advantage of flush-mounted roller blinds is the possibility of using an independently working mosquito net, which also allows protection from insects.

SKB STYROTERM FABROL LINTEL ROLLER SHUTTERS
The SKB Styroterm lintel roller shutter system is a highly technologically advanced solution that was developed to improve the energy balance of a building. Tests at the renowned research institute IFT ROSENHEIM have shown that the proposed solution is characterized by an extremely high thermal transmittance coefficient (Usb as low as 0.40 W/m²K), which places this system in the first place among other products of this type. It is currently one of the most popular roller shutter systems in Germany.
As in the case of the Opoterm system, the installation of the roller shutter is very simple and consists in direct mounting of the box on the window frame using a suitably selected adaptation profile. The SKB Styroterm system is designed to be completely embedded in the insulation, so the box remains an unnoticeable element of the building facade.
The main element of this product is the box, which is made of a specially designed material in accordance with Aluprof guidelines, characterized by very good thermal properties. It is available in two sizes: 260 x 260mm and 300 x 300mm. The SKB STYROTERM system provides for the possibility of installing special steel reinforcements of the box (so-called static consoles), which is intended to ensure proper and stable functioning of the roller shutter especially in the case of large dimensions. Roller shutters in the STYROTERM system can be equipped with a mosquito net built into the box. Thoughtful design of the system allows the use of a facade blind mechanism in the box. Installation of the rail is very fast and simple.

Roller shutters in SK, SKO-P and SKP adaptive systems are designed for use mainly in existing buildings. The advantage of these products is undoubtedly the lack of interference with the current state of the building, as they do not require special preparations for installation and are not integrated with the window. Thanks to this, the decision to install roller shutters in the adaptive system can be made at any time. These solutions can be mounted to the window frames (in the recess) or directly on the wall. In both cases, all these systems will work. All of these roller shutters can be mounted with an integrated mosquito net. The boxes of the system are made of high-quality aluminum sheet covered with a special coating in PU/PA technology, ensuring its durability and resistance to abrasion and external influences.

FABROL SIDE-SLIDING PLEATED MOSQUITO NETS AND ROLLER MOSQUITO NETS
Fabrol also manufactures mosquito net systems. Therefore, it is ideal if at the stage of building a house you also think about protection against insects. Then you can integrate mosquito nets with the selected roller shutter system. At a later stage of the so-called finishing works of the building, the installation of pleated mosquito nets, especially for terraces and balconies, is already much more technically difficult.
Pleated mosquito net system is a solution designed primarily to save space. This product is ideal for installation on terrace doors and in balcony niches, where the width reaches up to 3 meters. A distinctive feature is the use of a special pleated mesh, which folds into an accordion when closing and retracts into the side profile. Importantly, it does not in any way impair the functionality of the door.
