The interior of the new CitySpace office space in Krakow was designed by the Medusa Group studio. The black of the walls and kitchen cabinets meeting the intense yellow of the spiral staircase form the leitmotif of the arrangement. This strong contrast is toned down by grays and whites in the open space or relaxation room.
The Krakow offices of CitySpace - one of the largest operators of flexible offices in Poland - are located in the O3 Business Campus complex. The changing needs of companies, which have recently caused a big increase in the popularity of flexible space, prompted the operator to launch a new space in another building of the complex. This brings the total to half a thousand workstations in 4,000 sqm of serviced office space.
modern design
CitySpace offices are fully serviced. This means that the operator is responsible for reception service, office equipment and furniture, cleaning service, IT support, kitchen equipment and supplies, and office manager care. The Krakow office, however, is unusual in that it has two levels.
We opted for modern design and high quality equipment. Both levels contain office equipment necessary for work, which makes the office ready to work right away ," Magdalena Śnieżek, CitySpace regional manager for Southern Poland.

The dark colors of the walls in the corridors and the kitchen furniture are combined with subdued gray, as well as the wooden floor and wooden trim, all of which is broken up by accessories in pastel colors of yellow and red. The focal point is a spiral staircase in a distinctive yellow color, connecting the two levels. The industrial lighting is also very distinctive. The minimalist interior inspired by the Scandinavian style was designed by the Medusa Group studio.
The effect is impressive. The unusually designed space stimulates creativity and positively influences work efficiency ," says Magdalena Śnieżek.
CitySpace's newest office space offers offices and open space offices. They can accommodate teams of several to dozens of people. Some offices with independent entrances can be connected to each other. In addition, there are conference rooms for rent on request, meeting rooms, relaxation rooms, phone booths, a reception area and several kitchens.
