Aminimalist, forest-surrounded house built on the shore of a lake is a new project by the Studio Organic studio, creating a structure on the very surface of the water, Aga Kobus and Grzegorz Goworek paid special attention to nature, treating it as an integral part of the establishment. By glazing the entire southern elevation, the landscape and the body of the building became one form.

Stone and wood are the main building materials used by the architects. On the facade, the designers used Polish limestone of warm cream color, which they juxtaposed with black planks of burnt larch wood. The lump of the building is simple and noble - it does not compete with the surrounding landscape. Its decoration is a staircase with a modernist balustrade, leading to the roof with a viewing terrace.

japanese minimalism
A lot of natural light enters the interiors thanks to large glazing. The rooms, reminiscent of Japanese minimalism, are decorated in natural, light colors. A dark accent is provided by black boards - the same ones used on the facade. The architects opted for natural materials - oak wood on the walls, floor and ceiling. The table was finished with oak veneer, while linen and cotton reign in the upholstery fabrics.

open spaces
The house of the project Studio. O. is devoid of divisions. The spacious living area is a lounge area with sofas with fancy, rounded shapes. This space, thanks to its opening to the lake, seems to merge with the surface of the water. The kitchen is almost invisible - it is formed by an annex with minimalist cabinetry and an island with a worktop. The meeting place is a large dining table, over which decorative lamps woven from wooden strips are suspended.

The bedroom was hidden behind sliding doors. Natural wood, which lined the walls and ceiling, adds to its coziness. A comfortable bed, which is the only piece of furniture in this interior, was placed in the center of the room. The glassed-in south wall also provides a view of the lakes. You can also enjoy it while bathing - right next to the bedroom is a glass-enclosed bathroom, with a door leading to the outside.
