Thefront block houses the entrance area, kitchen and utility and technical rooms. The middle lump is the living space with a view of the landscape of Wielkopolska meadows, and the closing lump, placed in the depth of the area, hides the private zone of the householders - bedrooms and a bathroom. This part is directly connected to the private garden. Open to the surrounding space, the house was created as a meeting place for a multigenerational family.

pro-ecological solutions

The architects took care of pro-ecological solutions. Heating is a ground source heat pump with a built-in passive cooling module. In addition, a mechanical ventilation module with heat recovery was installed, providing increased thermal comfort in the building and increasing the efficiency of the heat pump. Thanks to the monitoring systems used, it is possible to control the central heating and ventilation system from anywhere.

The southern roof slopes were equipped with 33 photovoltaic modules. Based on the operation to date, it can be assumed that this installation will completely secure the annual demand for electricity. Sanitary installations were implemented using a domestic wastewater treatment plant, with minimal environmental impact. The result is a house that generates low utility costs.
