Wrocław's Great Island, comprising seven estates (Bartoszowice, Biskupin, Dąbie, Sępolno, Szczytniki, Zacisze and Zalesie), is a special place on the city map, full of greenery, located right next to the Oder River, with the characteristic layout of the Sępolno estate designed by Paul Heim, Hermann Wahlich and Albert Kempter. A new establishment is currently under construction in the area - the Bacciarelli 54 estate, which will have a total of fourteen buildings designed by architects from the Wroclaw studio Major Architekci.

The first phase comprising 62 residential units was completed in April this year, the second phase will include three villas with 27 apartments, and three more buildings offering 91 residential units are planned for the third phase. The entire development is planned around a tear-drop-shaped green square. The low-rise buildings proposed by the architects - minimalist, white blocks are varied by elaborate details - wooden panels on parts of the facade and decorative railings of balconies and terraces.

The Bacciarellego 54 estate offers a new quality of life in the city, which is why we are committed to constructing spacious, naturally lit areas with wooden finishing elements and plenty of greenery around the residential buildings. As much as 70 percent of this property is green space with its own park and small architecture. We took care of flower meadows and plantings with the highest CO2 absorption rate. The estate is located on the Great Island, known as the green lungs of Wrocław, along the bank of the Odra River navigation channel, which gives it a unique character, announces Jacek Wesołowski, managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland, the developer of the investment.
