Lodz has been recovering and becoming more beautiful over the years. Tenements are being renovated, new meeting places, modern office buildings and infrastructure are being built. The Fuzja investment is undoubtedly a significant part of this process. Fuzja is a project that brought life back to the former Karol Scheibler factory in Lodz. On nearly 8 hectares, the revitalization of a previously closed part of the city has taken place. Fusion offers space for future residents. The Echo Smart solutions used allow the space to be designed to meet residents' expectations for comfort and security. Each unit has been equipped with a balcony or loggia, where Schöck Isokorb® connectors have been installed.
The Fusion project was built and commissioned in Q4 2020. The entire project consists of 274 new apartments. The buildings have 6 floors above ground including the first floor and 1 underground floor. Ultimately, the entire project will consist of four apartment buildings with more than 600 units, as well as offices with a total area of about 40,000 sqm. The historic buildings will include space for services, stores and restaurants - a total of about 15 thousand sqm.

Quality and reliability for future residents are guaranteed by Schöck connectors installed in balconies. More than 220 Schöck Isokorb® connectors with a fire resistance rating of REI 120 were installed in the balconies. LD expansion studs were also used.
