On September 11 this year, during a gala ceremony at the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology in Krakow, we recognized the winners of awards given by the Association of Home Builders - the Jacek Michalski award, the award for the best student of the Faculty of Architecture at Krakow University of Technology, and the Golden Falcon awards in the competition for the title of Krakow Developer of the Year 2020.
The developers themselves helped us in specifying the final verdict, presenting very good solutions for various locations for evaluation," Professor Andrzej Wyżykowski, chairman of the competition jury, said during the final gala, rating the architectural, urban planning and energy-saving aspects highly. - We recognized this and therefore decided to honor all participants in this edition of the competition.
Golden Falcon award winners

In this year's edition of the biennial competition for the title of Krakow Developer of the Year and the Golden Falcon award, the awarded companies were: Arkada Inwestycje, Bryksy company and DOM-BUD M. Szaflarski. The special award of the Golden Falcon went to INTER-BUD Developer, and the award of the president of the Association of Home Builders and Apartment Builders to Apartamenty Klimaty. First-degree honorable mentions went to Dasta Invest, Semaco Invest Group and Verona Building, and second-degree honorable mentions to Excon, Geo Mieszkanie i Dom and S.M. Wspólnota Inwest. The Main Sponsor's award - partners of the Warmth for Krakow program - went to Bryksy.
During the Gala, the Jacek Michalski Award was also presented, which honors people involved in, among other things, the implementation of innovative products and technologies. This year, the award went to Dr. Olga Malinkiewicz, one of the world's first people working on the introduction of so-called perovskite photovoltaic cells applied by inkjet printing. The association's award for the best student of the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology went to Tomasz Obara.
