Voting for the People's Choice Award in the 4th edition of the Architectural Award of the Wielkopolska Region competition has ended.The plebiscite lasted from December 11, 2023 to January 14, 2024. During the voting, everyone could cast a vote in as many as six categories - Multi-family Residential Building, Public Building, House, Export Work, Common Space and Interior. Which projects enjoyed the most support?
The purpose of the NAWW competition is to promote Wielkopolska as a region that cares about the quality of the built environment, public space and architecture. Shaping aesthetic awareness in the creation of architecture, developing an understanding of the features of identity and sustainable development of the built environment. The competition is organized by the SARP Poznań Branch and the Wielkopolska Regional Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland. Voting for the Audience Award was answered by Architecture&Business.
Award in the category Multi-family residential building
The most votes in the competition went to the realization of the MODO Architecture studio - Między Mostami, which was built in Kalisz. The realization received 116 votes in the competition.

award in the category Public utility building
Two realizations were nominated for the award in this category. The award went to PL.ARCHITEKCI studio for the realization of the DWUFUNKCY building in Skórzew. The realization received 20 votes in the competition.

Four projects were nominated for the award in this category. The award, went to the studio BIURO PROJEKTÓW GEOPOL. Dom między sosnami in Rawicz received 31 votes in the competition.

award in the Export Work category
Two projects were nominated in this category. The largest number of votes was received by the realization of a kindergarten in Dilbeek (Belgium) for which the Atelier Starzak Strebicki studio was responsible (in cooperation with Carton123 architecten and Natural Born Architects - the project was created jointly under the banner - TV Team Begijnenborre). The project received 35 votes in the competition.

award in the Common Space category
Three projects were nominated in the Common Space category. The realization Przystanek Edukacja in Wielen, designed by Neostudio Architects, received the most votes. The building received 87 votes in the competition.

award in the Interior category
There were as many as five nominations in this category, two of which received the same number of votes. Ex aequo first place went to Reumedika medical clinic in Poznan by Koper Studio Magda Piotrowska and Olga Haussman , and Author's Apartment in Poznan by wiercinski-studio project . Both projects received 20 votes each in the competition.
