From a classic beer pump room, heavy with wooden paneling, Sikora Wnętrza Architektura studio managed to create an inspiring, detail-rich, yet orderly, contemporary space.
There is no trace of the dark wood today. Its place has been taken by bare brick, scarred, in some places plastered walls. Juxtaposed with strong colors and diverse design, POP in Diner & Bar bursts with irrepressible energy and invites to unusual experiences, including culinary ones. The interior concept is directly related to the chef's idea - an original menu inspired by American specialties with local elements is served.
"Imagine great art here".
The entire restaurant is filled with art. Here you will find works by Ewa Konieczna-Pilachowska and Andrzej Konieczny, Andrzej Smolan or referring to the works of Alexander Lieberman. The whole is complemented by pop art armchairs, neon signs, and a "Pollock" river flows through the center, interrupting the gray of the concrete floor. Jan Sikora, with his design, provokes to activate the imagination - on the dirty wall, scratched with typical around renovation inscriptions, there is also another one: "Imagine great art here." There are more such Persian eyes in the space - a glowing banana or colorful LEGO® cups.

It's easy to see that designing this space made the Sikora Wnętrza Architektura studio extremely fun. The blending of different styles - pop art and industrial - is highlighted by the seal of 24,000 LEGO® bricks supporting the structure of one of the walls. The architect was also tempted here to play with convention and placed a "plaque" commemorating his authorship in the brick wall.
