Cheese for breakfast, cheese for lunch and a snack for wine in the evening. And then there's cheese to take home to go. That's the credo of Fromażeria, a restaurant in Poznań that also houses a cheese bar and a store. So the designers at 370studio had to incorporate different functions into the interior. The result is a space that is friendly and modern. You can go here for a meeting with friends or a business lunch and feel comfortable and relaxed in either case.
Fromażeria restaurant specializes, as the name suggests, in cheese. They serve them in a variety of ways, allowing you to discover the richness of artisanal cheesemaking. They are, of course, accompanied by wines and other drinks. A small store was also found inside, where you can stock up on take-out.

functional and modern
Due to the multiple functions: bar, restaurant and store, the main task of the designers was to create a coherent space that would unite all these interests. This was achieved through good use of space. The room was divided by openwork shelving, which made it possible to separate the space for sales, as well as create cozy corners that allow restaurant guests a bit of privacy. The bar includes a cheese refrigerator, and next to it, a rack was placed on the wall to display wines and liquors. Additional seating for guests was achieved with a counter by the window.

with a burgundy accent
The whole interior is kept in rather dark colors, which gives it a cozy and intimate atmosphere conducive to social gatherings. The main motif is the burgundy color used in the upholstery of the armchairs and the lining of the bar. A prominent accent is a white segment with a payment terminal and a menu rack. It is reminiscent of a French bistro thanks to the use of openwork cabinet fronts. An interesting design element is the neon signs with iconic cheeses. They give the interior a slightly less formal character.

new technologies
The interior is a successful combination of modernity and rustic character, which matches the artisanal nature of the products served there. An important element is the use of modern technologies, such as inductive chargers built into the bar counter.
