spatial diversity
The goal of the project carried out by the pols was to propose a set of solutions that can be successfully applied in many places, transforming them into interesting and friendly work environments. The main work space was divided into three zones adapted to different types of users: workstations for quiet individual work, long tables for working in small teams and large tables for group work. The main criterion when separating the spaces was the noise level. In addition, the design offers soundproofed rooms for making phone calls, a conference room, a library, and a relaxation zone in the form of comfortable seating with cushions and a kitchenette.

work ergonomics and health
Statistically, we spend more than nine hours a day sitting, so one of the most important issues when designing a work space is health and ergonomics. Any position, even the most correct one, that is maintained for too long is a strain on the body and can lead to health problems. The design calls for the creation of a space that encourages users to take regular breaks, interact with others, the ability to change positions by adjusting the height of the tabletop and seat, and to reach out of the window with their eyes.

subtle color palette
The palette is based on delicate colors derived from nature. The space is organized through the use of strong contrasts - classic black and white and the introduction of natural wood screens. In addition, selected spaces are highlighted by changing the height of the floor. Natural and robust finishing materials and high-quality textiles enlivened by greenery and decorative but simple lighting, create a friendly and inspiring work environment that will serve users for a long time.
