House in Color belongs to the series of "Homes with a head" created for people who want to buy a ready-made project "different from all others". Homes with a head are characterized by an original, modern body and interesting functional solutions for the interiors. The architects wanted to adapt the house design to the ever-changing needs of the modern family.

The latest "House with a Head" proposal is a house in color, which comes in two sizes S and M. The architects of {tag:pracownie} answered the most frequently asked questions and the needs reported to them with this design. The house in color is compact, intuitively divided into a living zone on the first floor and a night zone in the attic.

The project is characterized by a simple form with a gabled roof. The body of the house is compact, without a basement. The architects envisaged two covered terraces connected to the garden and a loggia on the first floor. It is intended that the building will be constructed using masonry technology, finished with corrugated sheet metal or struktonite in the color of your choice: red, green, yellow, white, graphite or brown.

compact house

The smaller S version of the house features a spacious living area and three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The larger M version also features an expansive living area, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dressing room and a built garage with one stall. Its area can serve another function - an additional room, a home office or a space dedicated to hobbies.

The space housing the kitchen, living room and dining room has large glazing on both sides facing the terrace, which not only illuminates the interior, but also allows the house to be better situated on the plot. Despite the compactness of the building and its relatively small size, it is adapted to accommodate even a large family. This is all thanks to the functional layout of the interior.

As the architects themselves emphasize - they were inspired by Scandinavian design, which can be seen, among other things, in the simplicity of the form of the block.
