Insulating exterior walls from the inside has never been a popular solution. The risk of moisture formation inside the structural partition and the appearance of mold on the wall are the most common reasons for abandoning such an insulation method. A safe solution to this problem are mineral and ecological EcoVario and RenoTherm panels, which, in addition to excellent thermal insulation properties, are highly vapor-permeable and actively capillary. The forming condensate in the wall in autumn and winter is absorbed by the porous board and automatically evaporated into the air. Such a method allows the structural partition to function safely and correctly.

EcoVario - thermal insulation from the inside and safety
Thermal insulation from the inside is used in buildings where it is not possible to use traditional external insulation. The very lightweight and multi-porous EcoVario panels are thus used for insulating walls and ceilings of buildings with historic facades and public utilities, often with decorative and historic facades. They can also be successfully used in new buildings, such as sports and entertainment venues (arenas, stadiums) as insulation of ceilings of garages and underground parking lots, passages, basements, as well as ventilation shafts. The panels additionally absorb noise and, due to the non-flammability of the material (class A1), provide fire safety. Thanks to the use of insulation from the inside, we can also raise the air temperature in buildings used seasonally or occasionally in a very short time.
RenoTherm - insulating from the inside and improving the microclimate
To insulate historic buildings with high moisture requirements, RenoTherm panels are used, which are additionally characterized by very high capillary activity. The vapor-permeable board automatically regulates the relative humidity of the indoor air and keeps it at a constant, safe level. In this way, it improves and provides a healthy microclimate for the people in them.

Installation at a glance
Before starting installation work, check the stability and evenness of the substrate. Ecovario and RenoTherm panels are glued full-surface to the wall using the comb method with RenoKSL adhesive mortar. In the next step, the same mortar is applied to the glued boards, combed with a toothed trowel and embedded with fiberglass reinforcing mesh, and then trowelled. Finally, we cover the smoothed boards with a paint coat with high water vapor diffusion, such as silicate paint for interiors, lime or chalk paint.

RENOVARIO moisture and mold control system
Mold can form and grow in places where favorable conditions exist: moisture, proper temperature and substrate. The causes of mold formation are generally well-known: excessive indoor moisture production (washing, cooking, drying) in tandem with inadequate ventilation, wall frosting, workmanship errors and associated so-called "thermal bridges" and others. At low outdoor temperatures and high relative humidity of the indoor air in insufficiently insulated areas, condensation can occur. As a pictorial example, we can use, for example, the phenomenon of fogging of the mirror after taking a bath. An effective solution to this problem is the use of the Renovario climate board system, which prevents the formation of condensation water and fogging, and at the same time improves the thermo-humidity comfort of the rooms. The high degree of capillary rise of the material causes rapid and self-evaporation of condensate, and the alkaline pH further protects against unwanted mold.
