Construction has begun on the Skyreach tower, planned since 2014. The building, designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates, is expected to house around 900 apartments.
The skyscraper will stand in Warsaw's Wola district at 59 Grzybowska Street, opposite Browary Warszawskie. In the decade since planning for the project began, it has changed hands three times. Originally, the investor was to be Atlas Estates, which sold the investment to Golub GetHouse. This company has completed, among others, the Mennica Legacy Tower project in the same part of Wola. Financial circumstances led Golub GetHouse to sell the investment to Gruby LRC and G City Europe (then operating under the name Atrium European Real Estate) in 2019.

For several days, earthworks have been underway on the plot located between the Warsaw Hilton, the Planitum Towers and the Pekao Bank tower, which is also likely to face demolition. Construction has begun on the diaphragm wall, which is expected to last until autumn. The building will have 46 floors and 2 underground floors, and will measure 174 meters high and tower over its nearest neighbors.

Promoted as luxurious, the project is to offer a dizzying number of 900 residential units with areas starting from 34 sqm. The question is whether such an area is really luxurious? The lack of balconies or opening windows in high-rise apartments is to be compensated for by amenities for residents - gyms, spas, common areas.
Partial access to fresh air is to be provided by an opening ventilation panel in each room adjacent to the outer wall of the building. These will be very simple, somewhat clumsy and lacking in detail. The stripes between floors and window ironwork are to be kept in dark gray. Garages are planned for the underground, entrance lobbies on the first floor and a service arcade connected to the existing one at Platnium Towers.

Floors 2 and 3 are occupied by service and office space, which will be used in part for complementary functions for the apartment part - fitness, bar, conference rooms beauty salon for residents. Above the 5th floor, apartments have been located in a modular layout, which is intended to allow combining units and arranging them as desired. Construction will last until 2025.
