The Armenian Square is a historic park space in Sadyba, in the immediate vicinity of Fort IX, known as Czerniakowski. Currently, residents can relax here among the greenery and enjoy the playground and sports fields. The new pavilion will be a place that unites generations, a space for integration. Ultimately, everyone will be able to meet here with friends, organize an exhibition or a neighborhood workshop.

The detailed design of the pavilion was made by CUBE architects Kubicki Mizielinski Sp.J., based on a concept by Grzegorz Mizieliński and landscape architect Katarzyna Molska-Szztwiertnia. The designed building will be one story with a roof terrace. Partially covered with earth, it will blend into the park surroundings and correspond with the neighboring ruins. In winter, the building will be able to be used for sledding. Other glazed elevations will open the interior to the surrounding greenery.

The building consists of a vestibule from which there is access to a public restroom, further on the main multi-purpose room and a coffee annex with facilities and staff toilet. A terrace is located on the roof, which is accessible by an external field staircase. The multipurpose room will have the possibility to be divided into two smaller rooms if the activities planned in the pavilion are scheduled at the same time. A detailed program for the operation of the pavilion is being developed as part of the City's cooperation with the Socio-Cultural Society of the City-Garden of Sadyba.

New plants will be planted around the pavilion. Beautiful beds of groundcover roses, dwarf pine and perennials will be created on the slopes. The roof of the pavilion emerging from the hill will be covered with grass and become a green terrace.
