In less than a year the Sfera Park shopping complex, the largest in the city and Grodzisk district, was built. The one-story buildings of the 11,000-square-meter center were designed by the Archas Design studio from Bielsko-Biała. The facility was opened in mid-October. Launched in November 2022, the investment fell during a difficult period in the real estate market, associated first with the covid-19 pandemic, and later with the energy crisis and the war in Ukraine. Despite this, construction managed to finish ahead of schedule.
The new retail park was built at 14 Zhirardovskaya Street, on the site where meat factories were formerly located. In close proximity to the complex are the large housing estates of Parkowa Avenue, Bałtycka and Obrońców Getta I and II. In addition, the center is located close to the exit from the new bypass, at the main entrance to the city and the exit to Zyrardow, which encourages residents of the entire region to visit the complex.
Grodzisk Sfera Park consists of four single-story buildings with a total area of 11,000 sqm. It houses 22 large stores and service establishments. The park's investor is GHRE, a company known for developing large residential and commercial buildings. One of their larger investments is Sfera in Bielsko-Biala, which includes a shopping mall with 250 stores, a hotel, cinemas, an entertainment center, an office building and residential apartments.

The investor commissioned the design of the Grodzisk Sfera Park complex from Archas Design, a studio based in Bielsko-Biała, which has specialized in developing designs for large-format facilities and retail outlets for more than a dozen years. Among others, it has realized dozens of stores of the Dino Polska brand.
Grodzisk Sfera Park is another large shopping complex designed by us after the gallery in Siemianowice Śląskie. Our experience in the use of Building Information Modeling technology, thanks to which it was possible to coordinate construction works and exclude inter-branch collisions, helped us in the efficient execution of this order," says architect Maciej Zuber, owner of Archas Design.

The one-story buildings of the center are united by a unified façade, making them visually form a single "L" shaped block. The architects have incorporated a parking lot with 350 parking spaces into its outline. Above the sidewalk, from which the entrances to the stores are planned, arcades were designed to protect visitors from rainfall, and excessive sunlight. Lighting has also been installed in the arcades. The shape of the attic blurs the boundary between the buildings and visually warms the glass facade.
