justification of the jury

The work was awarded for a comprehensive approach to the function of the area within the boundaries of the study, without ignoring the difficult spatial dilemmas associated with the existing development. Appreciated was respect for the existing greenery systems, an attempt to make them available and use them for the needs of the city residents, as well as good recognition of the area covered by the concept, which resulted in numerous ideas for solving the details. Attention was also paid to the communicative, synthetic form of the graphic record.
