description

On January 25, 2024, the Wave of Renovations Association, together with PTWP Group, awarded prizes for the best building renovations. The awards were given primarily for energy efficiency improvements, but also for quality and aesthetics.

Renovations had to be submitted by December 8, 2023, and only those made within the last five years were eligible.

Awards were given in four categories:

  • Multi-family residential buildings
  • Multi-family residential buildings
  • Public buildings
  • Commercial buildings
    and
  • Audience award

In addition, an honorable mention was awarded for the modernization of the attic of an apartment building.

The works were judged by a jury consisting of:
