descriptionDecember 4 this year. The Wesoła district of Warsaw has settled a one-stage, implementation competition for an architectural concept for a day-care center with a Fab-Lab studio on Akacjowa Street.
The facility for children aged 6-16 is to offer not only care, but also educational activities, nutrition, assistance in learning, organization of free time and therapeutic activities, while the planned Fab-Lab will house a carpentry and art studio.

- Katarzyna Herman - Chief Specialist in the Office of Architecture and Spatial Planning of the City of Warsaw.
- Tomasz Pniewski - Chief Specialist in the Office of Architecture and Spatial Planning of the City of Warsaw.
- Jarosław Adamczuk - Director of the Family Support Center Family Warsaw
- Marcin Rybak - Warsaw Social Innovation Laboratory Synergia
- Anna Dąbrowska - Head of the Department of Architecture and Construction in the Wesoła district
- Piotr Zieliński - Head of Social and Housing Department in Wesoła District
- Beata Stachelek - Chief Specialist at the Department of Infrastructure for Wesoła District
out of 21 works submitted, selected the winners. First Prize went to the Kwadratura studio, and Second Prize to the Bureau Babyn Michalowski team. Honorable mentions were awarded to proposals by Authorial Design Studio 2 Barbara Getter, XY studio and Kacper Krok.
