For the 12th time, the weekly magazine Polityka will award this year's Architecture Prize. Who has a chance to win the Grand Prix of this edition?
As the competition's organizers assure, the Architectural Award, granted by the weekly, is a distinction intended to showcase and promote realizations "that are a symbol of good taste, friendly to people and obviously improve the aesthetics of the surroundings." The winner of the Grand Prix 2022 will be selected by a jury consisting of:
Grzegorz Buczek - architect, urban planner, member of the Council of the Society of Polish Urban Planners and the Board of the Warsaw Branch of SARP, lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology;
Anna Cymer -historian of architecture, popularizer of knowledge on architecture and design;
Paweł Dobrzycki - architect, theater set designer, painter and educator, professor at the Department of Stage Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw;
Feliks Falk - director, screenwriter, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw;
Marlena Happach - architect, urban planner and activist, director of the Office of Architecture and Spatial Planning of Warsaw;
Marek Kościkiewicz - musician, producer, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw;
Jacek Michalak - vice president of the board of directors for the development of the ATLAS Group. Development of ATLAS Group;
Ewa P. Porębska - editor-in-chief of "Architektura-Murator" monthly;
Magdalena Staniszkis - architect and urban planner, professor at the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology;
Bogna Świątkowska - president of the Foundation for New Culture Bęc Zmiana;
Jarosław Trybuś - art historian and architecture critic;
Marta Żakowska - urban anthropologist, lecturer at the SWPS University and the IBPP of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, head of the City Laboratory of the Warsaw Museum, co-founder of the "City Magazine";
representatives of the editorial board of Polityka. - Jerzy Baczynski, Jacek Poprzeczko and Piotr Sarzynski.
The selection of this year's winners is also influenced by Internet users, who can indicate their favorite in an online vote until April 16.

Hubert Trammer - architect, teacher, publicist, participant in the New European Bauhaus Round Table;
Maciej Franta - architect, founder of Franta Group Architects;
Mikolaj Wierszyłłowski - product designer and interior designer, runs the Wierszyłłowski and Designers studio, president of the Association ofIndustrial Forms Designers;
Kuba Szczęsny - architect, designer, leads the DS1 design studio at the ASK graduate program at the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology;
Łukasz Błoński -commercial director of the FOX DEKORATOR brand;
Małgorzata Tomczyk - creator and managing editor of the "Salon" magazine.
The winners of the competition will be announced on May 30 this year.
