YONO architecture

YONO architecture is an original design studio headed by Sebastian Marach. The studio specializes in architecture and interior design. YONO architecture's projects are characterized by functionality of solutions, purity of form and simplicity achieved by combining the highest quality materials with refined details.
YONO architecture studio performs both construction and implementation projects, as well as provides formal and legal services for projects and investments. The cooperation begins with an analysis of the property, surroundings, existing utilities, ordering of surveying measurements and recognition of ground conditions. Then the designers, together with the client, formulate the functional program and aesthetics of the object, in order to prepare a conceptual design based on the analysis, consisting of projections, sections, 3D solid presentation and visualization. Subsequently, a construction and detailed design is developed. The process ends with obtaining a building permit for the facility, and then starting construction work.
