On August 24, 2023, Architect of the City of Rzeszow Janusz Sepioł, with the participation of the City Urban Planning and Architectural Commission and the Rzeszow City Development Bureau, organized a Charette design workshop on the area in question, the purpose of which was to develop recommendations that will help formulate spatial assumptions and arrangements for the draft amendment of the local land use plan on Witosa Avenue and Wyspiańskiego Street.

The workshop was attended by representatives of various circles: members of the MKUA, designers of the Rzeszów City Development Bureau and the Office of the City Architect, Katarzyna Leśko - director of the Architecture Department, Andrzej Dec - Chairman of the Rzeszów City Council, Ryszard Blicharz - Council of the Krakowska Południe housing estate, Adam and Anita Moczulski - Council of the Króla Augusta housing estate, Grzegorz Rajdek - representative of the Marshal's Office. The result of the workshop was the creation of four different concepts of spatial and functional assumptions, which were discussed on August 28 with the participation of invited specialists: Sylwia Krzysztofik (urban planner at 3darchitekci, lecturer at the Technical University of Łódź); Jacek Strojny (Together for Rzeszów association); Robert Kuzianik (QArch Architekci, member of MKUA Kraków); Bartłomiej Kisielewski (MOIA, Horizone Studio, Kraków); Mirosław Hagemejer (Director of the Planning Department of the Lublin City Hall).
