Products for sustainable construction
The DECAL system is a collection of unique products designed for functional, modern and high-performance buildings. Among them you will find windows in five visual lines:
- DECALU88 Standard with a timeless classic style
- DECALU94 Retro for stylized residences and rustic buildings
- DECALU110 Steel with an industrial style
- DECALU88 New Steel with a modern twist
- DECALU88 Hidden created with minimalist designs in mind.
Each of the above versions can additionally be designed in InLine type, where the window sash from both outside and inside is flush with the frame - frame and sash 97 mm deep.
In addition, the company also offers door systems - DECALU88 DOORS. They can be filled with glazing or made in panel door technology. They are equipped with a thermal compensation spacer, preventing deformation of the structure, and aesthetically pleasing hinges of the Rollenband type, fixed in a way that prevents the formation of thermal bridges.
The solution for terrace doors is DECALU88 Folding Doors - a folding design, as the only one, that gives the possibility to truly integrate the living room space with the garden or open the restaurant to the bustling street. The offer is complemented by DECALU163 Slide Terrace Lift and Slide Doors, providing excellent interior lighting and convenience. The system providing the highest stability of fire protection features isWESTA FP, used to construct doors and partitions in the class of fire resistance. Thanks to the possibility of using fire glass of double-chamber construction, it is an exceptionally warm fire system, and SO EASY technology ensures visual compatibility with other products and up to 40% faster installation.

Technology of the future
SO EASY technology aims to maximize the production of finished structures while maintaining the highest quality, performance and above-average design. According to this principle, the innovative DECALU system was created, which is distinguished by its different construction from all other aluminum systems known on the market.
A feature that significantly distinguishes DECALU ironwork is the reduction of the number of elements necessary for the production of a single-leaf window to only 5, when competing products have as many as 12. This allows us to simplify warehouse and production processes and reduce the time and cost of production of aluminum structures. This allows us to offer a higher quality product at a competitive price.
Unique DECALU system
DECALU structures manufactured using SO EASY technology are distinguished primarily by:
- gaskets have been permanently integrated into the profiles, which makes fabrication easier and faster, reducing production time by up to 50%
- all gaskets in DECALU windows are visually flat. Looking at the window from the outside and from the inside, the line of gaskets is practically invisible, which is especially important in constructions painted in bright colors
- hidden hinges as standard - aesthetics and functionality at the highest level
- no central gasket - ease of cleaning and maintenance of windows
- invisible drainage - elegant, modern appearance.
In addition, the reference window provides thermal insulation at a level of Uw = 0.8 W/m2K and is distinguished by high watertightness parameters up to 2250Pa (in accordance with PN-EN 12208:2001).
The use of the above solutions in all visual lines of DECAL windows, results in a very low folding of the frame with the sash (only 83 mm), which allows to provide more light in the interiors. The sash and glazing bead are filled with permanently crimped gaskets and integrated thermal insulation. What's more, inside the profiles you'll find a hardware groove protection strip and a unique central plastic. All DECAL window systems can feature concealed drainage, which further enhances the aesthetics of the finished products. The whole is crowned by a selection of elegant hardware, including escutcheonless handles, painted in any RAL color.

SO EASY technological solutions, in addition to reducing costs, result in higher quality of finished products.
