RAKO - almost 140 years of ceramic cladding production
Ceramic tile production has continued uninterruptedly in Rakovnik since 1883. Among the hundreds of references are the Art Nouveau ceramic claddings in Prague's Imperial Hotel from 1914, in the Representative House in Prague from1912, the Amalienbad baths of 1926, in Vienna, the Chamber of Merchants in Lodz, or the swimming pool in the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, originally and again, after 60 years. These include all of Poland's EURO2012 stadiums, dozens of swimming pools, many universities, such as Jagiellonian University, the Engineers Factory in Lodz, railway stations, airports or big-box stores, and hospitals, such as the Provincial Hospital in Wroclaw or Biala Podlaska.

Countless design possibilities, enlivening interiors by combining different colors from among a 24-color range, delicate shades, or intensely contrasting ones, are made possible by the COLOR ONE series of object wall tiles. The color scheme includes two, 12-color scales: the rainbow, vivid colors of the day, and the night scale - tones of beige and gray. All tiles come in matte and glossy surface finishes, and the modular formats are: 15x15, 20x20, 20x40 cm, further diversify creative design possibilities. Selected colors are also offered in 20x60 and 30x60 cm formats, and with rectified edges, in 30x60, 30x90and 40x120 cm formats. The COLOR ONE series of wall tiles is part of RAKO Object's complete investment tile system, offering tiles in the same colors, also in a series of floor tiles, COLOR TWO.

The format-expanded collection of glazed porcelain stoneware tiles, on offer for 2022, has been expanded to include wall tiles, also imitating the timeless concrete pattern.
The rectified wall tiles were introduced in a new 120x40 cm format in three color variations: white, gray (2 shades), beige (2 shades). This is complemented by an original decoration made with modern DRY FIX decoration technology, in 40x40 cm size, in many color variants. The series is complemented by the same wall tile and decoration, but in 30x60 cm format (the decoration imitates two 30x30 cm tiles). Smooth tiles are produced in variegated shade V3, while the decoration has variegated shade V4 (color: yellow, red, blue), which gives the possibility to create a unique composition on the walls in any rooms.

The decoration was created by combining a white wall tile with a concrete pattern tile, Rebel series, in geometric triangle forms with different alignment, forming a mosaic in 40x40 cm format. The elements are backed on a nylon mesh, which allows for easy modification of the layout. The base is - introduced for 2022 - a new format of rectified, smooth white wall tiles 120x40 cm, with a glossy or matte surface finish. The tiles are, as usual, rectified to caliber 8. which allows them to be freely combined with other RAKO collections, especially the Rebel series flooring.
