Our mission is to complete as many projects as possible usingblack diabase from Sweden. There are many hard arguments behind our choice. Starting with what is visible at first glance - the color of the stone itself. Black is a powerful and decisive color. We will achieve the embodiment of class, style, elegance, prestige and luxury by casting black in a prominent role in our arrangements. Using a minimal amount of this color we will bring calm and simplicity to our space.

Let's be very careful with the black color, because its abuse can be overwhelming. If we are afraid to surround ourselves with too much black color, let's choose a timeless duo: black and white. The lightness of white perfectly balances black and will give the pavement a classic perfect look. Another strong duo is the combination of black and red. It must be said that red is ideal for introducing details, it is not a good choice for the role of background. Just a small amount of red used is enough to evoke associations of luxury and power.

Black, on the other hand, fulfills the role of a background perfectly. It provides the perfect contrast and allows other colors to stand out, whether accompanying other colored stones in our arrangements, or the green of grasses in our gardens, or beds of colorful flowers.
Further strong arguments for the use of black Swedish diabase stem from the many qualities of this stone that translate into many advantages for durable high-quality outdoor building products, especially road surfaces. The greatest value of Swedish diabase is its high compressive strength, one of the highest of all building stones. Thanks to this property, diabase pavements are able to withstand powerful dynamic and static loads - to which, these days, intensive traffic exposes the pavement.

Diabase, is not afraid of frost or heat. It bravely endures sudden changes in temperature. Diabaz perfectly accumulates heat and is not afraid of sudden temperature changes in contact with cold water. This feature is a huge advantage in road surfaces. By the way, it is worth adding at this point that diabase is a very concise, low-porous rock with low absorption of water and liquids, so penetration of any undesirable substances is lower and shallower. Which gives ease of maintenance of such pavement.

Black surfaces absorb light of any color, reflecting nothing. Something that absorbs everything without giving anything away will have a higher temperature than objects of any other color. Light by the wave method carries energy. If light is absorbed by a surface, the energy it carries is also absorbed and causes it to heat up. Black surfaces, heat up very quickly. For this property of black we are grateful especially in winter, when the surface temperature of a black diabase cube, is two or three degrees higher than the adjacent surfaces, and thus the snow melts faster on it.
Another advantage of the relatively fast-heating black diabase pavement is the ease of evaporation of any stains that may develop during use of the pavement. Most often these are stains that our cars leave behind. Such a stain will not stay with us forever. With time, proverbially speaking, "the sun's rays will pull out the stains disfiguring the pavement".

So there is a recipe for a long-lasting stone surface, in which the responsibility is evenly distributed between a well-made foundation, a high-quality stone product and expert installation.
